Positions We’re Commonly Seeking to Fill
Our Ophthalmic Imagers must have a strong understanding of ophthalmic anatomy and the application of photography to ensure the best images possible. Able to efficiently use their time to ensure the clinics run smoothly.
Our Clinical Technicians are responsible for our patient’s daily care as well as the daily flow of clinical activities. The position requires an understanding of ophthalmic practices with a strong understanding of medical instrumentation and its proper usage and care. Our Technicians perform technical work-ups, conducts patient interviews, and performs special testing when required. Our Technicians are expected to deliver great communication with patients regarding follow-up care and scheduling, information on surgeries and procedures, anything else pertaining to patient care.
Front Desk Patient Service Representatives are responsible for greeting all patients, guests, and staff that enter our offices. Our Desk Staff are also tasked with assisting patients with checking in and out, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and assisting with collections. Knowledge of in-network insurances is required as well as all physicians scheduling policies to ensure our clinics run smoothly.
Our Call Center Attendants are responsible for answering all in-bound call for Colorado Retina Associates. They must be able to quickly and efficiently direct calls to the appropriate recipients, obtain correct and current medical insurance information, as well as properly schedule appointments at the request of the patients or physicians.
